MB Times Ltd will undertake the agreed landscape gardening and maintenance work for you at the price quoted or estimated.
You agree to pay the price quoted (estimated). Please note that with the landscaping work we provide purely estimates (meaning that the price may be subject to change due to circumstances unknown to us when estimating the price). You'll be informed of the change in price if this occurs. You agree to pay for single project within 14 days of the date of invoice. General maintenance contract fees are payable immediately or at the end of each calendar month (depending on agreement). It is a condition of work being done that all fees and charges are paid according to these terms.
If you wish to cancel the scheduled maintenance you should do so 24 hours in advance otherwise you’ll be charged a charge of £30.
All charges are subject to VAT. Interest is charged at 5% on all late payments.
The ownership of the goods shall remain with us until full payment has been received.
In the event of any default in payment under this or any contract between the customer and ourselves we are at liberty to cease work and to treat all or any such contracts as repudiated by the customer and this estimate is given on this condition by us.
Changes. If you decide to make changes to the project when the work is being undertaken already to avoid confusion and disagreements you'll be charged for these on hourly basis.
We cannot guarantee matching of existing aggregates and colours when laying new areas due to the existing surface having bleached and weathered.
We cannot give guarantee that all areas will be seamless due to the nature of materials manufactured in these times.No responsibility is taken for damage to, or interference with underground services or construction, nor for any consequent claims arising.
